· Recognised qualifications within their field of professional practice
· At least 5 years clinical experience (post-graduation)
· Substantial hours of supervision of their own clinical work
· An ability to be able to conduct a minimum of 12 hours of supervision while participating in the course, and receive 4 hours of supervision for this from course approved supervisors (included in course fee).
Course Fees
Upon receipt of your completed Application Form you will be contacted by one of the trainers to discuss your application.
When your application is approved, you will be invoiced for a $500 deposit by due date for Earlybird. For applications after that date, the deposit will be due within 14 days of the invoice. Full payment of the balance of the course fee is required 2 weeks prior to commencement of the course to secure your registration. An instalment plan option may be available by request.
To take advantage of the early bird discount, course fees must be paid in full by the early bird date as set.
Cancellation Policy
A refund of the course fee, less the $500 deposit, is given for cancellations received in writing up to 14 days prior to the commencement of the course. For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the commencement of the course, no refund is payable. No refund will be given for withdrawal once the training has commenced. In exceptional circumstances a partial refund may be available at the discretion of the trainers.
Attendance
A trainee who misses more than one training session will not be considered to have met the requirements of the course for successful graduation. Trainees are expected to be present for the entirety of each session.
In the instance of unavoidable absences, and in order to fully complete the training, it may be possible to compensate for missed training sessions by participating in relevant sections of a subsequent course. Seven days’ notice and payment of relevant fees is required.
Assessment
In addition to meeting the attendance requirements, trainees must complete a number of written and practice requirements to satisfy the course criteria for successful graduation. These requirements are outlined at supervisionalliance.com.au on the “Course Info” page. Further detail is provided upon application and at the commencement of the course.
