Rachel Friebel
Rachel has a background in community services, including program management and leadership.  Rachel has worked as a counsellor, educator and manager in Family and Relationship Programs and currently works in both private practice and the Mental Health sector.  She has enjoyed working as part of multidisciplinary teams and gaining exposure to a number of different areas within community services, affording her a wholistic view of client support.  Rachel’s background in non-government organisations has provided her with a particular awareness of the impact of systems on the wellbeing and practice of staff, and she is very mindful of this aspect in her practice.  Rachel provides supervision in both individual and group formats.  She supervises a range of human services workers, including counsellors and psychotherapists, who work in private practice or organisational settings.  Rachel also provides supervision of supervision practice.  Rachel is accredited as a supervisor by the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and is a member of the Australian Clinical Supervision Association.

Gabrielle Enright
An experienced professional, Gabrielle’s career has spanned a variety of landscapes, including education, health and wellbeing, corporate leadership and team development in addition to extensive experience as a counsellor. Her supervision practice involves working with individuals in private practice and with employees of organisations, including pastoral supervision.  Her wholistic approach enables supervisees to grow and flourish both personally and professionally in order to bring their best to their work in the moment, develop clinical wisdom, and to maintain the highest possible professional and industry standards. Gabrielle is available for supervision of supervision practice, is a clinical practitioner with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia  (PACFA), and a member of the Australian Clinical Supervision Association (ASCA).

Dr Pamela Brear
Pamela is a university-trained senior counsellor and educator who has a rich regard for the supervisory process.  She has developed a specialised interest and extensive experience in the provision of clinical supervision and in the development of training for supervisors and their ongoing professional development. Pamela undertook training in clinical supervision as part of her Doctoral studies and subsequently at the University of Canberra. She is accredited as a Supervisor by the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and is a member of ACSA (Australian Clinical Supervision Association). Pamela currently provides clinical supervision to practitioners from a diverse range of helping professions, on an individual and group basis in both urban and rural settings. She works with both private practitioners and with organisations with which she is contracted to provide Consultative Supervision for their staff.   She also provides supervision of the supervision practice of practitioners, and is engaged herself in regular supervision of both her client and supervisory work.
